The Bottloop is made of 100% recycled PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) aluminium. 95% less energy is consumed in the production of raw materials, and there is a 55% reduction in CO2 emissions during the procurement of raw materials. The aluminium is recycled in Germany and Slovenia and was previously used for consumer products, cars and cans.

 

Material transportation has a very low footprint, while the production of the Bottloop takes place in Spain. The Bottloop features a 100% food-grade powder coating. It has a safe and resistant internal coating of polyimide varnish. The Bottloop is free of BPA, phthalates, lead, and other harmful substances. Very lightweight materials and a very tight closure make it suitable even for carbonated drinks.
