Plastic is destroying marine life more than ever before. However, with this towel you can help us clean up the ocean and save our planet. We work with a network of fishermen who collect plastic from the ocean during fishing. We transform the plastic waste into rPET yarn named SEAQUAL, and combine it with recycled cotton to make these high-quality, 100% recycled towels.

 

Ocean clean wash 

We donate 5% of the total profit to the Plastic Soup Foundation (PSF).  The PSF's main goal is to reduce the amount of microplastics in the sea. You can help! Changing your laundry habits can already make a difference in the amount of fibres you shed. Try filling up the washing machine entirely and use your dryer with low revs instead of high speed. Another tip is to use laundry liquids instead of powders en to use laundry softener to block the fibres from getting washed down the drain. And of course: try to avoid washing at high temperatures for a long amount of time.
